Andrew Tham, Certified Trainer of Neuro-Semantics, NLP & Competency Education

Andrew is the Founder of ANDREW THAM NLP TRAINING and a Certified Trainer and also Master Practitioner of Neuro-Semantics (NS) and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) certified and recognized by the world-renowned INTERNATIONAL SOCIETY OF NEURO-SEMANTICS (ISNS), Colorado, USA. He is the Most Popular Neuro-Semantic Trainer in the World running NS-NLP Certification Programs. With a background in Family Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Hypnotherapy, his Great Passion in life is to help Individuals and Teams to find their Signature Path, and to maximize their potential in life via training, coaching, counseling and mentoring.

His Approach in training is Learner Centered and he cultivates wisdom, knowledge, skills, attitudes and values that will raise personal and organizational performance to higher levels. Andrew is also a Certified Trainer, Program Developer and Assessor of Competency Based Training & Education (Certificate IV in Workplace Training, Category 2), certified by DETAFE South Australia. He is also a Certified Internal Assessor with the National Vocational Training Council and has developed Core Competency Models and delivered Core Competency Modules for various financial, retail and manufacturing organizations. He has conducted many batches of Train The Trainer (TTT) and also Evaluation on the Effectiveness of Training (EET) Programs for Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad (PSMB). Andrew was recently invited by PSMB to give a talk on NLP at the PSMB Conference at Genting International Convention Centre, Malaysia.

To date, Andrew has conducted many batches of NS-NLP Practitioner Certification and also 
NS NLP Master Practitioner Certification  in Malaysian cities such as Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya, Klang, Penang / Pulau Pinang etc. Andrew's NS-NLP Practitioner students have come from all over Malaysia including Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, Klang, Ipoh, Penang, Seremban, Melaka, Johor Bahru, Kuantan, Kuala Trengganu, Kota Bahru, Kota Kinabalu, Miri, Kuching etc. That means his NS-NLP Practitioner students have come from Selangor, Perak, Penang, Negeri Sembilan, Melaka, Johor, Pahang, Trengganu, Kelantan, Sabah and Sarawak.  His international students have come from Singapore, Australia, China, India, Saudi Arabia, Egypt and United Kingdom.
